Pin Digital renews its Investment in People

9 March 2007

Following a recent review Pin Digital has maintained it's recognition against the Investor in People standard.

Developed in 1990 by a partnership of leading businesses and national organisations, the Standard helps organisations to improve performance and realise objectives through the management and development of their people.

Investors in People provides a flexible framework, which any organisation can adapt for its own requirements. It mirrors the business planning cycle (Plan, Do, Review), making it clear for organisations to follow and implement in their own planning cycle.

In the post recognition report provided to Pin Digital the assessor made the following observations:

"The evidence provided during this assessment demonstrates that Pin Digital Ltd meets the requirements of the National Standard for Investors in People. The Assessor was impressed by the commitment to developing people that exists, the supportive culture that has been fostered by the management team and the ways in which people have responded to the opportunities provided."

"The team operates in a very open and simple way so that a high level of advice and service can be provided to clients."

Managing Director Steve Noctor commented, "Maintaining our commitment to the Investors in People standard has been critical to the growth of our business. In our industry, people are your business and investing in their development is the equivalent to investing in the future success of the business." He continues, "We believe our success is directly linked to our approach to investing in our staff and allowing them to develop their careers. Our clients demand the best from us and our commitment to the ongoing development of staff ensures that we can meet the expectations of our clients."
