Atherstone Town's Dickens Night

On Saturday 26th November 2005 Atherstone Town celebrates the start of the festive season with a fun filled festive Dickens Night. To join in the festivities and to celebrate their office move, e-business solutions company Pin Digital will be opening their doors on the evening to everyone they know to celebrate over a drink or two.

The evening commences with the turning on of the town's Christmas Lights at 5.30pm and ends with a spectacular 20 minute firework display at 9pm.

Just some of the many attractions on the night include a Samba Band, Santa's Grotto, Street Entertainers, Punch & Judy, Town Crier, Market Stalls, Steam Engines, Pig Roast, Tombola, Marching Band, Hot Chestnuts, Fun Fair and Fireworks.

“It's a night for all so please feel free to bring along the family if you wish” commented managing director Steve Noctor. “You won't be disappointed. It's a great opportunity to come over and see why we choose Atherstone as our new location” he continued.

Last year the event attracted over 9,000 visitors so it is advisable for anyone wishing to visit to find a parking space wherever they can, which may mean parking on the outskirts of the town.
