BBC correspondent presents Pin Digital with Quality Mark

31 March 2004

Pin Digital has been awarded the WMita Quality Mark in recognition of it’s commitment to customer satisfaction and providing a professionally run organisation.

Pin Digital Director Steve Noctor received the award at the West Midlands premier IT event ‘SWITCH’, held at the Millennium Point complex in Birmingham city centre. They were presented with the award by BBC business correspondent Mark Foster.

To achieve the WMita ICT supplier status and to be able to use the WMita Quality Mark it was necessary to supply a number of customer references, and proof of both Professional Indemnity Insurance and other accreditations held by the company. The customer references supplied where then individually interviewed and The WMita Membership Committee reviewed the application before agreeing to award the mark.

Pin Digital’s Managing Director, Steve Noctor, commented “We have been involved with WMita since it’s inception and are proud to be associated with the quality mark and all that it stands for.  I hope the quality mark will help continue to improve the regional economy by enabling purchasers of ICT solutions to readily identify high quality regional suppliers, which in turn should improve the quality of the ICT solutions supplied within the region”.
